Henley is considered one of the pioneers of the mainstream rap movement in the Philippines, mentored by the late great Francis M, he joined the group "Stick Figgas" alongside Loonie. He went on to become an influence in the next generation of local rappers in his native country. With his unique melodic-lyrical style, he remains one of the topnotch hip-hop recording artists in the OPM industry.

Personal life and career

Henley started rapping at age 14.[1] He later went into rehab.[1] After he was released from there, he met Francis Magalona together with his co-rapper Loonie after a TV rap competition entitled Rap-Public of the Philippines on Eat Bulaga!, where they were recognized as Stick Figgas.[1] Magalona led the way for him by including Henley's soundtrack in a collaboration album.[1]

Henley's biggest break was the song that he wrote entitled "Biglang Liko" which is about a guy's excitement for dancing.[1] He released his debut EP on April 8, 2013. Henley is known for his songs that contain sexual puns and malicious lyrics.[1]
