Prince Andrew High School is a Canadian public school in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia. It is operated by the Halifax Regional School Board (HRSB) and one of only a handful of schools in Nova Scotia offering International Baccalaureate prep courses.

Over 1200 students currently attend.

The school was built in 1959 and has gone through numerous renovations throughout the years, now boasting the largest auditorium east of Montreal. Additionally, upgrades to the cafeteria and auditorium have given them a more modern design.

The school was built in 1959 as the relatively small Woodlawn High School. In 1970 an addition to the school creatrd a second gym, now known as the new gym, and a new wing. The additions in 1978 and 1986 added on wings, an auditorium, and expanded the library. Prince Andrew's unofficial rival school is Dartmouth High School.
