Chakkar is a 2022 Pakistani murder mystery film directed by Yasir Nawaz and produced by Farid Nawaz Productions.[1] The film stars Ahsan Khan, Neelam Muneer and Yasir Nawaz, with Jawed Sheikh and Danish Nawaz in supporting roles.[2][3]

Production
The film was officially announced in 2019 with Feroze Khan and Mawra Hocane in the leading cast.[4][5] In early 2020, it revealed that Khan has been replaced by Ahsan Khan while Neelam Muneer has replaced Hocane.[6][7] The film's principal photography began on March 2020 in Karachi. The film was wrapped up on 27 December 2020.[1]
Soundtrack
The music of the film is composed by Mere Paas Tum Ho and Do Bol composer Naveed Naushad. Among those are the film’s three songs, according to the director: “The songs and music blend well into the overall narrative and take the plot forward.”[8]
Release
In January 2021, it was announced that it is set to be released on the occasion of Eid-ul-Fitr 2022.[9][10]
