Hattstedt (Danish: Hatsted, North Frisian: Haatst) is a municipality in the district of Nordfriesland, in Schleswig-Holstein, Germany. It is situated near the North Sea coast, approx. 6 km northwest of Husum.

Hattstedt is also the seat of the Amt ("collective municipality") Hattstedt, which consists of the following municipalities (population in 2005 between brackets):
