Background and promotion

On June 16, 2022, Drake took to social media app Instagram to announce his seventh studio album Honestly, Nevermind, with a next-day release date of June 17, 2022.^[2] He debuted a couple songs on the Sirius XM radio station prior to the release. The album was released on streaming services on midnight, June 17.^[3]^[4]
