The 2022–23 season is the 137th season in the existence of Arsenal Football Club and the club's 104th consecutive season in the top-flight. In addition to the league, they will also compete in the 2022–23 FA Cup, the 2022–23 EFL Cup and the 2022–23 UEFA Europa League.

Pre-season and friendlies

Arsenal announced they would travel to the United States to compete in the FC Series as part of their preparations during pre-season with matches against Orlando City and Chelsea.[34] A further US tour friendly was confirmed against Everton in The Charm City Match.[35] La Liga side Sevilla revealed their participation in the 2022 Emirates Cup on 18 May 2022.[36] Later in the month, Arsenal announced that they will be travelling to Germany to face 1. FC Nürnberg in addition to their currently scheduled pre-season friendly matches.[37]
