Speedy deletion nomination of Draft:Nicholas Sosiak
If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.
You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.
A tag has been placed on Draft:Nicholas Sosiak, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G11 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page seems to be unambiguous advertising which only promotes a company, group, product, service, person, or point of view and would need to be fundamentally rewritten in order to become encyclopedic. Please read the guidelines on spam and Wikipedia:FAQ/Organizations for more information.
If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator. Jamiebuba (talk) 07:36, 10 July 2022 (UTC)
- Thank you Jamiebuba for speedy deletion as i dont want ot break any rules. If i can please retrieve code and i will fundamentally rework wiki to avoid any unambiguous promotion Nikodank (talk) 15:59, 10 July 2022 (UTC)
Welcome!
Hello, Nikodank, and welcome to Wikipedia! Thank you for your contributions.
I noticed that one of the first articles you created or edited was Draft:Nicholas Sosiak, which appears to be an article about yourself. Creating an autobiography is a common mistake made by new Wikipedians—as this is an encyclopedia, we wouldn't expect to have an article about every contributor. We require individuals to meet Wikipedia's definition of a notable person to accept articles about them.
The page you created about yourself may well be deleted from the encyclopedia. If it is deleted and you wish to retrieve its contents, don't hesitate to ask anyone from this list and they will copy it to your user page. If your contributions to an existing article about yourself are undone and you wish to add to it, please propose the changes on its talk page.

- Hi Athaenara,
- thank you it is my first time using Wikipedia and tried my best to follow guidelines but clearly missed promotion/external link guidelines . I am trying to write an autobiography for myself, and i believe i am eligible as i have many external links to public articles on myself from Financial Post, MMJ Daily, MJBiz, Reporters, etc, all included in the wiki., i believe i have noted COI on my userpage but what believe i failed on is in being too promotional and having external links. I would like to fundamentally rework my wiki page to get it approved as i worked hard on it and really trying to get this page and contribute to wiki as a whole.
- Would it be possible to send me the code used for the page and i will fundamentally rework the following
- -Reword any promotional phrases on wiki to more neutral tone.
- -Remove external links to company and brand page
- -Include COI in user page
- -Let me know if i need to do COI on the main nicholas sosiak page.
- -Let me know if there is an issue creating wiki for Niko Dank and linking it to Nicholas Sosiak
- Thank you so much for your Feedback Athaenara and look forward to working with you to get this wikipage
- thank you and wish you a great day Nikodank (talk) 16:07, 10 July 2022 (UTC)
