Farzad Majidi
Farzad Majidi the younger brother of Farhad Majidi was a surprise last minute selection for Team Melii days before departure to China for the Asian Cup 2004.
With the absence of Nikbakht , Majidi , who plays for Esteghlal Tehran got the call from Baranko Ivankovic as a result of his splendid display for the club in the last couple of seasons. A nifty utility player whoa has played both in Midfield and as a forward, intends to be a permanent player in the squad , although his appearance in China could be limited.
