Luka Turkulov born 31 October 2001 is youngest Serbian pro road cyclist who rides for Slovenian UCI Conti team Cycling Team Kranj[3] and National Team of Serbia.

He won the 2022 TT National Championship U23 and was second on Serbian National Road Championships 2022 Elite [4] behind Dušan Rajović. In 2022, he started more than 28[5] UCI races as one of the youngest cyclists. He is one of the most promising young Serbian cyclists in the U23[6] category.

He entered the world of cycling in April 2021. Before that, he did Judo for 11 years.
