Captain Corelli's Mandolin is a movie with Nicolas Cage and Penelope Cruz. It is a love story about an Italian captain (Cage) and the daughter of the local physician (Cruz) on the island Keffalinia. It is set against the background of the Italian/German occupation of the island.
