Rachel Mathson
Template:Pageant titleholder bioRachel Leigh Mathson is a beauty queen from Thief River Falls, Minnesota who will compete in the Miss USA pageant in 2007.
A resident of Fargo, North Dakota, Mathson won the Miss North Dakota USA 2007 title in a state pageant held in November 2006. She had previously placed first runner-up in the Miss Minnesota 2005 pageant and fourth runner-up in the 2001 event.
Mathson will represent North Dakota in the Miss USA 2007 pageant to be held in the spring of 2007 at an as-yest unannounced location, where she will attempt to be the first delegate from the state to place since 1996. Her "sister" titleholder, Miss North Dakota Teen USA 2007, is Taylor Kearns.
Moore graduated from Lincoln High School in 2001 and studied mass communications at Concordia College, Moorhead where she graduated cum laude. She later worked for Lutheran Social Services in Minnesota and then moved to Fargo and worked for KVLY. She is currently director of admissions at Oak Grove Lutheran School in Fargo.[1]
