Miranda Elizabeth Louise Macmillan, Countess of Stockton (née Quarry; 27 May 1947 – 18 March 2020) was a British socialite and fashion model.[1][2]

Family

She was born in Wokingham, Berkshire, the daughter of Richard Bridges St. John Quarry and his first wife, Diana Elizabeth, the daughter of Lieutenant-Colonel Horace Lloyd. (Her mother later married Stormont Mancroft, 2nd Baron Mancroft in 1951).[3]

Miranda was married three times:

  1. Peter Sellers (1970–1974)[4]
  2. Nicholas Nuttall (1975–1983): they had three daughters: Gytha Miranda (b. 1975), Amber Louise (b. 1977) and Olympia Jubilee (b. 1978)
  3. Alexander Macmillan, 2nd Earl of Stockton (1995–2011)
