Electric charge

I have reverted your goodwill edits to the article about Electric charge because:

Your edits described charge to be a "basic property", which is not as accurate as describing charge to be a "physical property".
It claimed charge to be a "basic property of electrons, protons and other subatomic particles", which is not incorrect, but it does not conclude that charge can be possessed by objects as a whole.
It used the phrase "Law of Charges", which is apparently a paraphrase used to refer to Coulomb's law, but your text treats "Law of Charges" to be different from Coulomb's law.
The text about neutrality was removed.
It provided repetitive description of the properties of matter exhibiting positive and negative charge.

I've joined Wikipedia over 3 years ago, and it has grown a lot since then. I took it as a passion to correct articles minorly, and thank you for everything. I've learnnt a lot from Wikipedia and also contributed a lot. It's great to be a part of the change.
