It's not like saying "as well as" is vandalism, but the sentence reads better with the word "and" there. Enterprisey (talk!) 01:51, 4 November 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Important Notice

This is a standard message to notify contributors about an administrative ruling in effect. It does not imply that there are any issues with your contributions to date.

You have shown interest in post-1992 politics of the United States and closely related people. Due to past disruption in this topic area, a more stringent set of rules called discretionary sanctions is in effect. Any administrator may impose sanctions on editors who do not strictly follow Wikipedia's policies, or the page-specific restrictions, when making edits related to the topic.

For additional information, please see the guidance on discretionary sanctions and the Arbitration Committee's decision here. If you have any questions, or any doubts regarding what edits are appropriate, you are welcome to discuss them with me or any other editor.

Survey about History on Wikipedia

[edit]

I am Petros Apostolopoulos, a Ph.D. candidate in Public History at North Carolina State University. My Ph.D. project examines how historical knowledge is produced on Wikipedia. You must be 18 years of age or older, reside in the United States to participate in this study. If you are interested in participating in my research study by offering your own experience of writing about history on Wikipedia, you can click on this link https://ncsu.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_9z4wmR1cIp0qBH8. There are minimal risks involved in this research.

If you have any questions, please let me know. Petros Apostolopoulos, paposto@ncsu.edu Apolo1991 (talk) 17:03, 14 December 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Hello, sadly, i can not participate due to me 1: not being 18+ and 2: not being a US resident, good luck with your research! EpicWikiLad (talk) 00:35, 15 December 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Great article! It's always nice to see information being translated from other wikis. I've cleaned up the prose some, but in a couple cases I wasn't entirely sure what the article meant, so if you could take a quick look over it just to make sure I haven't introduced any errors I'd appreciate it. There are a couple places where the phrasing was confusing enough I didn't change it - I can make a list for you to look at it if you're up for trying to clarify it. Rusalkii (talk) 21:29, 14 December 2021 (UTC)[reply]
As far as i have seen, there is no errors that were introduced in the article, but, if you want, you can send me that list of confusing phrasing so i can change it, thanks in advance.EpicWikiLad (talk) 00:33, 15 December 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited 2021 Brazilian protests, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Globo. Such links are usually incorrect, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of unrelated topics with similar titles. (Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.)

It's OK to remove this message. Also, to stop receiving these messages, follow these opt-out instructions. Thanks, DPL bot (talk) 06:07, 16 December 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Sorry

Sorry for that,[1] I read quickly and I thought you forgot a character.--Mhorg (talk) 19:34, 1 March 2022 (UTC)[reply]

No need to say sorry, it was just a small error. EpicWikiLad (talk) 19:37, 1 March 2022 (UTC)[reply]

124th Tank Batallion

[edit]

Can you clarify the command structure for the 124th tank Ballation? [2] - that seems unlikely. Furthermore, should that structure really mention even batallions? --134.76.2.48 (talk) 10:10, 17 March 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Okay, found it here: https://ru.wikipedia.org/wiki/76-%D1%8F_%D0%B3%D0%B2%D0%B0%D1%80%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%B9%D1%81%D0%BA%D0%B0%D1%8F_%D0%B4%D0%B5%D1%81%D0%B0%D0%BD%D1%82%D0%BD%D0%BE-%D1%88%D1%82%D1%83%D1%80%D0%BC%D0%BE%D0%B2%D0%B0%D1%8F_%D0%B4%D0%B8%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B7%D0%B8%D1%8F. Will fix it accordingly, if battalions should be mentioned at all. --134.76.2.48 (talk) 10:28, 17 March 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Would it be useful to move "68th Army Corps (Russia)" to "68th Army Corps (Russian Federation)" (in line with the 11th, 14th, and 22nd)? --134.76.2.17 (talk) 13:18, 19 March 2022 (UTC)[reply]

i dont know, you can try it i guess. EpicWikiLad (talk) 13:35, 19 March 2022 (UTC)[reply]
Nope, IPs can't. There is also a problem with the 2nd tank army, which became the 2nd CAA years ago. Lots to do with updating articles about the Russian Forces. --134.76.2.49 (talk) 18:37, 19 March 2022 (UTC)[reply]
ill talk with some people on the respective talk pages, gather enough consensus and stuff and then move it, as i dont know how to move articles, i will need to get someone to do it for me. EpicWikiLad (talk) 18:51, 19 March 2022 (UTC)[reply]
