All three of these users have been engaging in edit warring at List of Serbs (among other locations). Note [1], [2], [3], [4], [5]. Although these may not be a violation of 3RR per se due to the fact that they do not all occur within a twenty-four hour period, it is quite clear that disruption is occurring.
