Pacific Centre is a shopping mall in Vancouver, British Columbia. Officially, it is located in the heart of downtown.

By the number of stores, it is the largest mall in downtown Vancouver with just over 100 stores and services. Anchor stores include Sears and Holt Renfrew, Sub anchors would include Sport Chek and Coast Mountain Sports. The mall is also connected to the Four Seasons Hotel Vancouver, a 385 luxury room hotel, restaurant, and meeting facility.

Currently, the mall is undergoing a massive renovation project. A brand new food court is already completed, and the common area has now been updated. A brand new Holt Renfrew store is still under construction at the north end of the centre. The new Holt Renfrew store will grow in size to approximately 165,000 square feet compared to their current location which is approximately 68,000 square feet. A rooftop restaurant is also planned at the new location.

Stores within Holt Renfrew

The Holt Renfrew department store serves as an upscale galleria within Pacific Centre. Boutiques in the Holt Renfrew store include:

The Hermes store recently moved to the retail complex of 755 Burrard Street, at the corner of Alberni and Burrard Streets, in the location of the former Saitoh store. (Fall 2006)

Mall Expansion

The City of Vancouver has recently approved an expansion of Pacific Centre, which will include retail premises that will extend to the street on the North and South sides of West Georgia Street. Included will be a station for the new Canada Line Skytrain/subway station.

New Retailers for Pacific Centre will include Williams Sonoma, Pottery Barn, Sephora, H&M, and an expanded flagship Roots location.

Description of the expanded Pacific Centre project can be found in the following report: http://www.city.vancouver.bc.ca/ctyclerk/cclerk/20061114/documents/ph4.pdf
