Check declined – Checkusers will not link accounts to IPs, per the privacy policy. The case will have to be decided based on behaviour. Thanks, Spicy (talk) 14:48, 29 September 2022 (UTC) - The evidence linking the IP to Zhomron isn't especially convincing. Actually, after looking at the behaviour and technical characteristics of the IP, I'm pretty sure it was Wikipedia:Sockpuppet investigations/יניב הורון editing logged out on a VPN. Maybe someone can evaluate the IP for a proxy block, but strictly from an SPI perspective, there's nothing to do here as the IP hasn't been active for nearly a month. Closing.
