Obvious bias
Should the article be a little firmer on the obvious propaganda in their content? Videos like "Western Media Lies about Xinjiang" (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Sy0n2LIR11U) are full of China's talking points and even phraseology. It even starts with "The US wants to retain its hegemonic status as the world's superpower." You can see his eyes glazed as he reads from a screen. This is not the speech of a normal Brit. It's the speech of someone who is being paid to read other people's copy and doesn't seem to understand what he's doing. Quite possibly he fell into this trap out of despair, but either way, it's not great. --Bacon Man (talk) 12:38, 25 October 2022 (UTC)
Xinhua
Xinhua stated that Barrett had proven he wasnt government-sponsored, but http://www.xinhuanet.com/english/2021-01/18/c_139678211.htm Wikipedia:Perennial sources states to be careful using Xinhua for political content. It's better to rely on The Sunday Times and the South China Morning Post. WhisperToMe (talk) 07:36, 20 January 2021 (UTC)
