Its a subject within the scope of WikiProject Psychology and its has not been determined on how important this article is so I think that's a good excuse to work on it so i can determine the importance.

Yes, it tackles the history between other countries Check out the article's Talk page to see what other Wikipedians are already contributing. What they are contributing is similar to what i was thinking. This article may need a title rechange because its an overlap of another article so it should be good to edit.
