The Sri Sathya Sai Central Trust (SSSCT), is a charitable non-government organization founded in 1972, by Sri Sathya Sai Baba, an Indian spiritual Guru. It is currently managed by a board of trustees, and is responsible for the functioning and management of various charitable and humanitarian works initiated by Sathya Sai Baba, including super-specialty hospitals, schools, colleges, ashrams, housing projects, relief work during natural calamities, solar projects, tree-plantation drives. It is headquarted in Prashanthi Nilayam, the main ashram of Sri Sathya Sai Baba, in the Sri Sathya Sai District of Andhra Pradesh, India.

History

Sri Sathya Sai Central Trust was founded on 2nd September, 1972, with sri Sathya Sai Baba as it sole trustee. In the year 2010, he appointed five trustees.
