Article issues

A 2005 article that still does not cite any sources and has quotations that are not referenced. The notability of this subject is questioned. Otr500 (talk) 02:25, 24 May 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Confession

Steckel apparently confessed to multiple other murders. Nothing came from those confessions, as far as I'm aware, but I still think it should be mentioned. Lightiggy (talk) 20:47, 16 January 2022 (UTC)[reply]

No machine used for lethal injections in Delaware.

The Delaware Department of Corrections never utilized a machine to deliver lethal injection chemicals for any of their executions. While they had initially ordered a machine in 1986 when they bought their first lethal injection trailer, the machine fell into disrepair while in limbo, so the Department decided to go with manual delivery for their first execution by lethal injection (that of Steven Pennell in 1992) and all subsequent lethal injections.
