Your edits to date

[edit]

Information icon Hello, I'm Ronz. Wikipedia is written by people who have a wide diversity of opinions, but we try hard to make sure articles have a neutral point of view. Your recent edit seemed less than neutral and has been removed. If you think this was a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. --Ronz (talk) 21:22, 17 December 2019 (UTC)[reply]

I think your edits to Dennis Prager are part of a pattern from you that directly conflict with Wikipedia:What Wikipedia is not and Wikipedia:Neutral point of view. I'm surprised that none of the other editors who've reverted your changes in pov to articles hadn't notified you before. --Ronz (talk) 23:35, 20 December 2019 (UTC)[reply]

I was looking for information about Dennis Prager's movie, there was none on his Wikipedia page so I added it. How is that directly in conflict with Wikipedia's goal?

Adryana Cortez moved to draftspace

[edit]

An article you recently created, Adryana Cortez, does not have enough sources and citations as written to remain published. It needs more citations from reliable, independent sources. (?) Information that can't be referenced should be removed (verifiability is of central importance on Wikipedia). I've moved your draft to draftspace (with a prefix of "Draft:" before the article title) where you can incubate the article with minimal disruption. When you feel the article meets Wikipedia's general notability guideline and thus is ready for mainspace, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page. Information icon Hello, I'm Pythoncoder. Unfortunately, content you added to Nixon White House tapes appears to be a minority or fringe viewpoint, and appears to have given undue weight to this minority viewpoint, and has been reverted. To maintain a neutral point of view, an idea that is not broadly supported by scholarship in its field must not be given undue weight in an article about a mainstream idea. Feel free to use the article's talk page to discuss this, and take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia. Thank you. —pythoncoder (talk | contribs) 05:00, 6 December 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Your characterization that my entry was a "minority or fringe viewpoint" does not align with the sources I provided. My entry was based not only on Nixon's lead accuser, and the government's primary witness, John Dean, but that of Nixon's defense counsel and the FBI's official opinion as well. The Wikipedia page on the subject cites John Dean as the primary witness, whose testimony led to the judge's order to release the White House Tapes. My addition cites John Dean's own assessment on the matter, and I cite his book where he in turn cites the FBI's official statement on the matter. Additionally, I cited a member of Nixon's defense counsel. My entry was just a statement of fact. Given this, how is this a "minority or fringe viewpoint"?
