In geometry, the great icosicosidodecahedron is a nonconvex uniform polyhedron, indexed as U48.

It shares its vertex arrangement with the truncated dodecahedron. It additionally shares its edges with the great ditrigonal dodecicosidodecahedron and the great dodecicosahedron.
