The page "Draft:GCL" (links | edit) has been moved to "Draft:Global coordination measure".
In the wikipedia GCL disambiguation page I have added the Global coordination measure value.

Thank you very much. I did not notice that. I rewrote the sections that were repeating pieces of sentences from the original papers and I revised the whole text.
