Fred is a Rambler Ambassador but very rusty. he has green eyes and a bumper for lips. he likes being noticed, and goes nuts when someone knows his name. he is unaware that he has a number plate saying FRED on it. Whenever he gets excited, his bumper falls off. (with the exception of the Mario antretti scene.)
Fred is seen 3 times. once near the beginning, after the race, then at the "mario andretti" scene, then at the credits with lots of bumper stickers.
