In this Malay name, there is no surname or family name. The name Andul Aziz is a patronymic, and the person should be referred to by their given name, Mhd Amin Nordin. The word "bin" or "binti"/"binte" means 'son of' or 'daughter of', respectively.

Tan Sri Datuk Seri Mhd Amin Nordin bin Abdul Aziz (born 1 August 1955)[1] is a Malaysian civil servant and former mayor of Kuala Lumpur from 2015 to 2018. [2][3][4]
Career
Nordin was the Director-General of Kuala Lumpur City Hall before his appointment to the mayoral office. He was appointed Mayor of Kuala Lumpur by Tengku Adnan Tengku Mansor, Minister of Federal Territory.
