A Reichswald or an imperial forest was an area of historic woodland which existed in the Holy Roman Empire and was under direct imperial control, protection and usage.

Reichswald may refer to:

  • Nuremberg Reichswald, a nature reserve of 25,000 hectares (62,000 acres) near Nuremberg, on the site of the medieval cultivated forest, historically an imperial estate of Frankish rulers of the Holy Roman Empire
    • Sebalder Reichswald, a 10,000-hectare (25,000-acre) section of the Nuremberg Reichswald, which takes its name from the associated Nuremberg church dedicated to the local forest hermit-saint Sebald (or Sebaldus), where his tomb is venerated
  • Klever Reichswald, a German state forest where the World War II battle Operation Veritable took place, located in North Rhine-Westphalia near Kleve
  • Kaufungen Forest, a protected natural area on the border between the states of Hesse and Lower Saxony in central Germany
