History of Tobacco litigations

I will soon add the history of tobacco litigations. It will attempt to answer questions of how/why tobacco lawsuits have not been successful, what happened during the 1990's that sparked a huge influx of tobacco lawsuits from a few hundreds to more than 7,000 cases in the United States alone.
