Jossi

If confirmed this checkuser will present perhaps one of the most amusingly clever case of sockpuppetry in WP history. Two editors, one of them an admin, meeting infrequently if only to doubleteam somebody to the edge of the stream in an article's discussion page, in making official comments (as in the case of an Rfc), or when casting votes. What is really, really good about this particular situation is that one does not need to present a lengthy summary of evidence to convince concerned authorities of the merits of the case. A single evidence would suffice to make anyone curious enough to run a checkuser. Here is it:

On 14 January 2007 Sfacets and Jossi were edit warring with somebody in their usual doubleteam mode in the article Yogiraj Gurunath Siddhanath. Apparently all were doing well when suddenly Sfacets made a simple "slip," a typo, and anyone looking at his edit history will easily see that he, along with his buddy Jossi, hates making typos. They review what they write and correct the typo as soon as possible. In this case the typo was simply undecipherable. Sfacets wrote: "... organization wh' stted mission ..." Amazingly enough less than 3 minutes later Jossi came and effortlessly corrected the typo as if they share the same brain. Jossi wrote: "... organization whose stated mission ..." and carefully noted it as a minor edit consistent with what he just did 3 times in a row (minus the one as Sfacets, which he seems to have forgotten). Here is the compelling evidence for your viewing pleasure. Thank you for your kind attention! File:ExcaliburSword.jpgSentinel 01:01, 31 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Hey, not fair. I know the evidence presented was simple but undeniably worth looking at nevertheless. You should have at least tried. Now we will never know the truth. - File:ExcaliburSword.jpgSentinel 17:26, 1 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]
