Character surnames

[edit]

Hi, welcome to Wikipedia! I just wanted to explain that some of your edits are being undone due to the fact that the character's surnames did not change upon their marriages. April and Bianca's surnames were still listed as Scott in the credits during their last appearances, while Georgia's surname has yet to change from Brooks to Canning. Characters' whose surnames have changed from the one(s) they were introduced with have the word 'previously' in front of them, as they were created by writers and not born/given the name like real people. I hope this clears some things up. - JuneGloom Talk 01:05, 13 October 2014 (UTC)[reply]

If you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Information icon Please refrain from making unconstructive edits to Wikipedia, as you did at April Scott (Home and Away). Your edits appear to be disruptive and have been reverted or removed.

  • If you are engaged in an article content dispute with another editor then please discuss the matter with the editor at their talk page, or the article's talk page. Alternatively you can read Wikipedia's dispute resolution page, and ask for independent help at one of the relevant notice boards.
  • If you are engaged in any other form of dispute that is not covered on the dispute resolution page, please seek assistance at Wikipedia's Administrators' noticeboard/Incidents.

Please ensure you are familiar with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines, and please do not continue to make edits that appear disruptive, until the dispute is resolved through consensus. Continuing to edit disruptively could result in loss of editing privileges. Thank you. Rain the 1 21:40, 13 October 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Information icon Please refrain from making unconstructive edits to Wikipedia, as you did at Bianca Jackson. Your edits appear to constitute vandalism and have been reverted or removed. If you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox. Administrators have the ability to block users from editing if they repeatedly engage in vandalism. Use the "Preview" button before hitting "Save". You messed up the formatting. — | Gareth Griffith-Jones |The WelshBuzzard| — 15:05, 14 October 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that you've added some links pointing to disambiguation pages. Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

Edits to infoboxes

[edit]

Hi there,

Some of your edits to infoboxes have messed up the templates. For example changing a parameter name from "spouse" to "wife" will mean that the name of the wife/spouse will not appear in the infobox.

You have already been blocked twice and your recent edits are starting to annoy other users. I recommend that you find something other than infoboxes to edit for a bit.

Recent edit to Marcus Jordan

[edit]

Hello. I noticed that you made an edit to a biography of a living person (Marcus Jordan), but that you didn't support your changes with a citation to a reliable source. Wikipedia has a strict policy concerning how we write about living people, so please help us keep such articles accurate. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you! Materialscientist (talk) 20:46, 5 January 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Stop icon This is your only warning; if you vandalize Wikipedia again, you may be blocked from editing without further notice. Please stop changing infobox parameters on U.S. soaps; you've been warned and blocked for this prior, please stop. You have been blocked indefinitely from editing for the continued addition of unsourced material to articles and biographies despite multiple warnings, pleas, and previous blocks. If you think there are good reasons why you should be unblocked, you may appeal this block by adding the following text below this notice: {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}.
