I sent a page on this topic to AfD a year ago and it was soft deleted (Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/WAAR TV). There is still no indication of its notability; most of the references are directory entries, and most of the content is puffery. Sammi Brie (she/her • t • c) 17:17, 25 February 2023 (UTC)

- Keep (with some comments): This broadcaster appears to at least exist per WRTH, and if the photo of its headquarters building in the article is actually its headquarters, then presumably it is relatively significant within its market. The article is not well written and poorly sourced but just because the TV/radio channels are in Kurdistan rather than a Western country, does not mean the article should go. Someone with greater knowledge of the Kurdish language and the Kurdish media market (but who is unconnected to this broadcaster) should take a look at this article with a view to improvements. Relisting comment: The "keep" !votes are very weak, but so are the "delete" ones... More (and better argued) input needed.

- Keep - Not exactly a lot out there on Kurdish television. Seems relevant and is sourced, which I'm shocked by considering the situation. Keep it.KatoKungLee (talk) 03:52, 8 March 2023 (UTC)
- WAAR Media is known Waar TV is a Channel supported by Palo Broadcasting Company and owned by Kurdistan Regional Government President Nechirvan Barzani. See Mawazin News Arabic or Frequency Waar TV

- I want to keep this, all I need to see is Two clearly independent sources with something that can plausibly be considered SIGCOV (not promotional) // Timothy :: talk 14:09, 11 March 2023 (UTC)
- Thank you, he must stay on Wikipedia now

- Redirect to List of Kurdish-language television channels: The sourcing is very weak, nothing that is not promotional. The article doesn't appear promotional, just basic information. There is enough sourcing to show the basic factual information in the article is correct, but this doesn't demonstrate notability. Two clearly independent sources with something that can plausibly be considered SIGCOV without a pants-on-fire rebuff would shift me to keep; I want an excuse to keep this article and agree with Flip Format comments. // Timothy :: talk 13:54, 11 March 2023 (UTC)
