On a page you have been working on OSCAR Radio, around april 26 user 79.98.162.226 made odd changes that I think are incorrect or vandalism which you should check out. EdEColbert0585 11:16, 30 April 2010 (UTC)[reply]

There is no fair use justification for existing buildings in the UK. There are several images of the New Theatre on Wikimedia Commons. -mattbuck (Talk) 11:29, 4 March 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Hi. If you want to have this photo on the article, it will need to be freely released. There are two ways to do this.
  1. State explicitly on the New Theatre website that the image is freely licensed (as well as stating what licence); or
  2. Upload a higher resolution copy to Wikimedia Commons - that way we know you are the original author.
Please let me know if you have any questions. -mattbuck (Talk) 10:13, 5 March 2014 (UTC)[reply]
I've added a licence to the original at http://newtheatre.org.uk/about-us (CC 3.0 Attr), let me know if there's any problem with this. Cheers! --wjdp 07:44, 6 March 2014 (UTC)
I don't see any licence information on that page - could you point me in the right direction? -mattbuck (Talk) 12:34, 6 March 2014 (UTC)[reply]
OK, I see it now. Thanks for sorting this out. I have uploaded the file to Wikimedia Commons so it can be used by all Wikimedia projects, so don't be concerned if you see the image deleted from Wikipedia, it's still there really! I've also uploaded the original version as File:Nottingham New Theatre Front 2.jpg. My compliments to whoever took that, it's a nice shot. I never really took any NNT photos when I was a student, I think it must have been the one building I missed! -mattbuck (Talk) 12:57, 9 March 2014 (UTC)[reply]
Thanks for your help with this, much appreciated! The building as it is now has only been like that for the last year and a half, was rather 'unnoticeable' before that - wjdp 14:42, 13 March 2014 (UTC)

Hi, sorry about that, I accidentally clicked the wrong button. Neøn (talk) 14:47, 9 July 2015 (UTC)[reply]
