Rahman in 2019

Rokeya Afzal Rahman is a Bangladeshi businesswoman and former adviser of Caretaker government of Bangladesh.[1][2] She died on 5th April 2023 in Singapore Mount Elizabeth Novena at the age of 82.

Career

Rahman is the chairman of the board of directors of the Asian University for Women Support Foundation in Bangladesh.[3] She is the President of the Women Entrepreneurs Association.[4] She is also the president of Bangladesh Federation of Women Entrepreneurs.[5] She is the chairperson of MIDAS Financing Limited.[6]
