[edit]Hello, I'm Wesoree. Wikipedia is written by people who have a wide diversity of opinions, but we try hard to make sure articles have a neutral point of view. Your recent edit to Raymond McCreesh seemed less than neutral to me, so I removed it for now. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. -- Wesoree (talk·contribs) 01:46, 30 April 2023 (UTC)
Please do not add commentary, your own point of view, or your own personal analysis to Wikipedia articles. Doing so violates Wikipedia's neutral point of view policy and breaches the formal tone expected in an encyclopedia. Thank you. --Darius (talk) 02:15, 30 April 2023 (UTC)
- I haven’t added anything with “my point of view”. He was arrested for militant activities (terrorism) not for being a republican, which was and is perfectly legal. It is misinformation to just have IRA prisoners listed as republicans when they were part of a paramilitary organization. It would be like describing Al-Qaeda prisoners simply as “imprisoned Muslims” and not mentioning the nature of the organisation 81.141.173.209 (talk) 09:46, 30 April 2023 (UTC)

You may be blocked from editing without further warning the next time you violate Wikipedia's neutral point of view policy by inserting commentary or your personal analysis into an article, as you did at Dáithí Ó Conaill. Do the sources call him a terrorist? If not, then the article shouldn't present him as so. — AP 499D25 (talk) 10:37, 30 April 2023 (UTC)
