Joe A. Hanson

Joseph “Joe” A. Hanson (1928 - c. 1985) was an American systems analyst who is best known as the co-inventor of the Ecosphere (aquarium).[1][2] Along with microbiologist Claire Folsome, Hanson pioneered laboratory-scale studies of closed ecological systems.[3]
