Declined @DDMS123: Sorry but it's hard to see why the edits are vandalism. If the issue continues, please put a section on article talk with an explanation of the problem and link to that in an edit summary that reverts problematic edits. Reason: Persistent vandalism——userMINQI has a long history known in zhwiki communities violatimg the rules of wikipeidia,same type as Wolf warrior diplomacy holding motto "Whoever question it will be hunted back endless no matter how far the target is until they give up question it"as the user actually the first one against Wikipedia:No original research,and has maken the quoting out of context for falsifying, one-sided limiting the knowledges , tampering with the original intention and manipulating the issues,those are well known in zhwiki communities，
and because MINQI messing around for while in Transnational authoritarianism projects and endless editing battle，so that forcing the editors stop their works in relevant programs，and that would make it easy for MINQI to achieve its personal agenda as bellow that other fellows from zhcommunities are familiar with:
Actting asWP:CENSOR,WP:SOAP,WP:BATTLEGROUND,WP:FORUM that publishing its own original political thoughts and analyses on the projects in way of propaganda, andcarry on ideological battles and conflicts for no end, making personal battles with other ediors in all the responds and discussions goes directly against policies and goals.
Those matters could be comfirmed by other memmbers in zhwiki communities if they could well defend thecomplicated annoying and unwanted contacts, attacks, intimidation from this user.And for all well knowing enough of its patterns, forgive me haven't chosen WP:RFC for aid. - This is a problem. The OP has been editing since April 2014 and has no blocks. The reported user has a handful of edits but enough to be auto-confirmed meaning that semi-protection would be ineffective. @Longway22 and MINQI: This might have to be handled at WP:ANI but you would need to calmly discuss issues on article talk first and try to get a WP:WIKIPROJECT involved. - I would be ok for local professional memmbers to assist the topics,but as I have reported above,the pattern of MINQI that could make anyone involing the processes suffer,I suggest the parties of communties should holding enough strong mental powers for the matters.

- Sorry to disturb. It may be against WP:AGF but I have to say it's his(USER:Longway22) stock-in-trade. He will firstly defile someone as a violator of the rules, even as a WP:LTA, then take the libel as the main or the only resaon to delete the victim's contribution or edit the page whatever he wants. When he failled, he will try to report the victim to WP:ANI/WP:AN3 or report the page to here. And he will edit the page as his will after the victim's being blocked. It seems that he has once used meatpuppetry to make his report credible (in zh.wiki not in en.wiki). I think his behavor is a type of illustrating points,personal attacks and mischaracterizing other editors' actions. MINQI (talk) 10:34, 13 May 2023 (UTC)

Indefinite pending changes: Persistent addition of unsourced or poorly sourced content – Has a long, albeit sporadic history of anon contributors inserting erroneous numbers in the article, which seldom goes detected, much less reverted, thereby vitiating the credibility of the page in the eyes of readers. Indefinite pending changes protection: Persistent Disruptive Editing. For some reason, people keep adding images to this article without any consideration for placement or formatting.
