Kim Kardashian
Kimberly Noel Kardashian (born October 21, 1980 in Los Angeles, California) is an American socialite and is one of the three daughters of the deceased O. J. Simpson attorney, Robert Kardashian. Kardashian's media attention has primarily been attributed to her close friendship with Paris Hilton.

Family background
Her stepfather is 1976 Olympic Games gold medalist Bruce Jenner. She has nine brothers and sisters altogether: three full siblings, two half-sisters, three step-brothers, and one step-sister from Bruce Jenner. Kardashian is of Armenian descent from her father's side and Irish from her mother's side.
Personal life
She has been in relationships with Nick Lachey[1], Ray J[2], Nick Cannon[citation needed], Damon Thomas[citation needed], and is now in a relationship with Jeremy Ferrer. [citation needed]
Media spotlight
Her primary source of fame is being a friend of Paris Hilton. Like Hilton, Kardashian has been reported in the tabloid press for her romantic interests in singer Justin Timberlake, and a graphic sex tape that surfaced for public viewing in early 2007.[3] The video was purchased by Vivid Video in 2007 for $1 million from an "unidentified" source[4], and depicts Kardashian and her then boyfriend Ray J performing various sexual acts. Prior to the release of this adult film Kardashian announced her intention to pursue legal action to further block distribution of the tape.[5] This was the first public acknowledgement of the existence of the tape, which she had previously denied. Despite the impending lawsuit, adult retailers started offering the ability to pre-order the tape in Feb 2007 [6]. Vivid Video promised, on March 10, 2007 that it was going ahead with the release of private sex tape regardless of Ms. Kardashian's legal maneveurs.[7] She is featured on the cover of the February/March 2007 issue of Complex magazine and is a model for Christopher Brian apparel.
