In Slovak and Czech cuisine, ryžový nákyp (Template:IPA-sk, Template:IPA-cs) is a cake made of rice, milk, eggs, butter, and sometimes raisins. It is usually served with apricot, peach, plum or other compote, or sprinkled with powdered sugar or decorated with egg white foam. It can be served as a main dish or as a dessert.[1]
