I am not even sure WHAT to flag this as. I don’t know who Professor Smith is, it’s not defined in the section, and this portion appears to be a regurgitation of a term paper.

In this article there is too much going on about the origin of gentrification history. I was distracted by the positive comments about the reason for gentrification. I wanted to read more about the displacement and what it does to the people. Tespino (talk) 03:33, 26 April 2022 (UTC)TEspino[reply]

Consequences of gentrification should be added as a topic, it is underrepresented in this article. So much damage to our older Americans has happened due to gentrification in the United States.
