The Idol Vol. 1 is the soundtrack album to the 2023 HBO drama television series The Idol, curated by Canadian singer–songwriter The Weeknd, who also co-created, produces and stars in the series. It is set to release sometime around the premiere of the show.[1][2]

Singles

The lead single on The Idol Vol. 1, "Double Fantasy" featuring Future, was released alongside a music music containing footage from the series on April 21, 2023.[3] The second single "Popular", featuring Playboi Carti and Madonna, is scheduled to be released on June 2, 2023.[4]
