- The Russian Volunteer Corps claims to have captured the village of Novaya Tavolzhanka in the Belgorod region of Russia. The governor of Belgorod, Vyacheslav Gladkov, said that around 100 civilians were still trapped in the village and could not be evacuated due to regular shelling. (Novaya Gazeta Europe)
