Jung H. Pak is an American scholar currently serving as Deputy Assistant Secretary for Multilateral Affairs and Deputy Special Representative for the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea (DPRK) in the Biden administration.[1]


Pak previously was a SK-Korea Foundation Chair in Korea Studies and Senior Fellow at the Brookings Institution's Center for East Asia Policy Studies.[2] She holds a PhD from Columbia University and BA from Colgate University, where she was also awarded an honorary doctorate.
