Serbian and other similar locomotives

This page [1] claims that the Serbian ZS 666 class are EMD JT30C-2 locomotives rather than JT22CWs. So which page is wrong then? If we're wrong then they probably shouldn't be on this page. Karsini (talk) 17:32, 18 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Neither page is wrong, as far as I can tell. The JT30C-2 is listed as a DSB class MZ Suckindiesel (talk) 20:34, 18 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Similar locomotives were produced for Iraq, Egypt and Sudan. Sudan Railways EMD-JT22LC-2 1950-1959, Egypt Railways JT22MC 3224-3231, EMD order 828023 of 1983, JT22CW: 3445-3459 GMDL order C450 of 1984. EMD 12-645E3 engine, and Iraq Railways JT22CW 2401-2454. Also, RENFE in Spain built similar locomotives under license RENFE Class 319. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Aughrim91 (talkcontribs) 02:10, 16 October 2018 (UTC)[reply]

THis article has to be about the Irisih locomotives only. I don't know why the Servbian locos are even mentioned. It clearly needs to be split.

Northern Ireland

This page states that 8113 has been scrapped. However, reports on the internet imply that it has been simply canibalized for spare parts as opposed to be actually being cut up. Need of mentioning Serbian engines?

I don't really think the Serbian engines should be mentioned on this page as they aren't the only JT22 variation produced. If anything, i think that the JT22/ should be given it's own page, with the various models in sections and a link to CIE's 071.
