Md Sahidul Alam (born 1 May 1992), popularly known as Shahidul Alam Sohel, is a Bangladeshi professional footballer who plays as a goalkeeper for Bangladesh Premier League club Abahani Limited Dhaka[3] and the Bangladesh national team.[4][5][6][7]

Personal life

Shahidul Alam Sohel was born in a Muslim noble family in Dhumpara village of Patanga police station in Chittagong district.[8]Besides playing football, he also serves in the Bangladesh Navy. His father's name is Md Yousuf and mother Khorsheda Begum. His elder brother Jahangir Alam is a football coach of Mintu Elite Academy 2nd brother Alamgir Alam Semtu is expatriate 3rd brother Zahidul Alam Jahed is a businessman and Shahidul Alam Sohail is the youngest.

Academic Life

Passed PSC in 2001 from Patanga Board School, passed JSSC in 2004 from Patanga High School, passed SSC in 2006 from Patanga High School and then passed HSC in 2008.

Married Life

Shahidul Alam Sohel married Fatema Nihat Renu in 2016. Currently they have one son Yassir bin Alam Walid in their family life.
