Caught by a colocation web host block but this host or IP is not a web host. My IP address is 183.81.8.163. I just moved apartment and somehow my IP was identified as a "web host provider". Well I'm not an IT guy of any sort and if I get blocked with the wifi I'm using, I wouldn't be able to contribute further as, well, this is my wifi for quite some time now.
