G5 request on Draft:Tony Puckhaber
G5 applies only in situations where the user was blocked before the creation of the page. In effect that means it only applies in cases of sockpuppetry, and you would need to identify Zach Jaworski (talk · contribs)'s sockmaster for the request to be valid. Zach's account was blocked because of an admission that the account had been shared, not for any kind of misbehaviour, let alone sockpuppetry. Zach is softblocked, i.e. both he and the other person who used the account are free to each create another account for their own individual use and to continue editing.
