Sate tuna, more commonly referred to as Tuna Satay is a speciality satay and originally from Gorontalese cuisine, Sulawesi island, Indonesia.[1]

Sate Tuna also popularly known as Sate Gorontalo or Sate Tuna Gorontalo.[2]

Typical Gorontalo Satay

Sate Tuna made by Gorontalo people in Sulawesi from a fresh skipjack tuna cut into small cubes and served without peanut sauce or soy sauce.[3] Unlike other satays, Sate Tuna served with dabu-dabu malita (a spicy chili sauce).
