Sidney Stephen (1797 – 13 January 1858[1]) was a puisne judge of the Supreme Court of New Zealand.[2]
Early life
Sidney was born St Christopher , Somerset, England in the West Indies. His father, John Stephen (1771–1833), was related to James Stephen
