This is an old revision of this page, as edited by Naue7 (talk | contribs) at 02:13, 20 July 2023 (he was always a pro heavyweight. cruiserweight was not a thing back then and was 190 at inception). Cassius Clay (soon Muhammad Ali) and Archie Moore fought a boxing match on November 15, 1962 in Los Angeles. This is notable because it was Clay's first professional fight in the modern heavyweight division. Clay won the fight through a technical knockout in the fourth round, as he had predicted in a stanza before the bout.[1][2][3][4][5][6][7]
