Kheyrud Kenar Rural District (Template:Lang-fa)[3] is in the Central District of Nowshahr County, Mazandaran province, Iran.

At the National Census of 2006, its population was 32,041 in 8,567 households.[4] There were 35,613 inhabitants in 10,743 households at the following census of 2011.[5] At the most recent census of 2016, the population of the rural district was 36,364 in 11,851 households. The largest of its 24 villages was Tazehabad, with 5,029 people.[2]
